Honduras my friends

We choose this day to go to the beach (what I wanted to do) and do underwater scooters (what everyone else wanted to do). The scooters were fun!

Take a break to view a few sunsets...

Every night there was a beautiful sunset. Every. Night.
I'm not sure about sunrises because, you know, I slept in.

We weren't quite ready for the picture.

You can't handle the warmth

Yes, I can handle the sun. And the warmth. And the fun. And don't forget the food.
Our second day we spent in the Secret Caverns in Cozumel. These underground tunnels are full of stalagmites and stalactites and everything else you expect to find in caverns. We donned wetsuits, hard hats and head lamps.  We climbed around rocks, waded through the stream and floated. The place is privately owned. About seven years ago, the owner accidentally found the tunnels. Right now, there are only five passages that are open and so many miles that haven't been explored yet.

First, a blessing.

The tour guide made us kiss!

Chilling in the hammocks after a yummy lunch.

Cruising

I was a little worried that the fog would roll in and our cruise would be postponed for a day, like what happened with the Arnolds. But we were fine and we left on time. I was happy that Vance and Marsha could go. Marsha has been waiting for years to go on one. Garth finally told Vance to just go and he did. :) Vance is Garth's older brother.
They were perfect travel companions. They went off and explored without us, tried new foods and totally enjoyed themselves. I think an Alaskan cruise is coming up in a few years.

Our first day was at sea.
Our second day was Cozumel.

Apparently, Marsha is a Barry Manilow fan. Who knew?

Our first day was windy!
