Easy recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 package spice cake mix (without pudding)
- 15 oz can pumpkin, NOT pie mix
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Method
- Thoroughly mix the spice cake mix with with the pumpkin, then add chocolate chips..
- Drop by spoonful on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375ยบ for about 13 minutes.
- Let cool on cookie rack.

Dang girl....now I'm hungry and I don't have a SPICE CAKE MIX! First thing Monday morning I'm making these scrumptious sounding cookies. BTW...I love the song it makes me feel like I'm at Disneyland in the Haunted Mansion which is where I WOULD BE if I hadn't needed a metal plate in my neck. Grrrr......don't get me started. Ooops too late!!!!
Made the cookies for FHE but now I can't stop eating them.
