The Hopeful Gardener-Broccoli

I planted broccoli last year and we LOVED it! The color was a dark green and the taste full. I had planted broccoli once, about 18 years ago and it didn't go well. I'll plant it every year after the success of last year.
Broccoli can be planted for a spring and fall garden.
I bought 'Early Dividend" broccoli and planted in May. I wanted to plant earlier, but couldn't find any plants. I guess I could try seeds, but I'm lazy. I bought another pack of broccoli but can't remember what it was. I planted 10 plants. It's easy to cut a few broccoli head for dinner. The plants keep growing if left with a few heads. I think we ate off the plants until June.
The end of June I'm going to try planting seeds outdoors.
Broccoli will survive a light frost and can be picked after frost.
I sprinkle the broccoli with Seven (sp?) and had no problems with bugs last year. Then in a clean sink of salt water to clean it.
I hope to freeze half the broccoli for winter.
Broccoli is easy! Try it!
